To Derive the Best Possible Positive Result from Cricketers.

Sir,

               To derive the consistent and the best positive results, the Cricket Players should be paid monthly/match fee, as the case may be, and not the incentives/gifts, as is the practice.

Incentives / gifts may be paid only after the expiry of one year, taking into consideration the
performance of the Players of the last 12 months, in the Annual Function, which may be organised to Honor.

Would you, please, like to appreciate the above suggestion.
